Air ducts should be cleaned every 3-5 years. If you have allergies or asthma, pets, or do frequent remodeling, your ducts should be cleaned every 3-4 years.

Regular air duct cleaning reduces the dust and pet allergens with your home, improves your indoor air quality, helps your heating and cooling appliances to run more efficiently, making them last longer and reducing your energy bills.

We specialize in the cleaning of air ducts and dryer vents only. For an internal furnace cleaning, we recommend you contact a local, reputable HVAC company.

We use heavy-duty, truck-mounted equipment, so our air duct cleaning process is quite loud. 

Our technicians will need to access your furnace and ducts, and all of the supply and return registers in your home, so please ensure those areas are accessible the day of your service appointment. Do not remove vent covers; we use specialized tools designed to fit through the covers so there's no need to remove them. We will need to turn off your HVAC system while we are cleaning so just beware of that and dress accordingly. Please secure any and all pets before our technicians arrive. 

From start to finish, residential air duct cleaning can take between 1 1/2 hours to 4 hours, depending on the HVAC layout and size of the home. 

All vents are blocked off. Our extraction hose is then attached to your main return trunk line, creating negative pressure. The techs will go to all return vents and use compressed air, rod and whip tools to agitate dust and debris - pushing everything into our extraction hose. After the returns are cleaned, the same process is used to clean the supply side. Once the supplies are cleaned, your system is fogged with HVAC sanitizer and deodorizer. Lastly, all holes are sealed up.

We use high-powered, truck-mounted Powervac equipment which produces more suction (16,000 cfm) and more agitation (175 psi) than standard portable duct cleaning equipment. 

We use EnviroCon to sanitize and Ultra Odor Kill Super Concentrate to deodorize. These products are applied using a dual fogger when we finish cleaning your air ducts. Safety Data Sheets for each product can be provided via email upon request. 

We recommend a professional dryer vent cleaning once a year. You should ALWAYS clean the lint catch in your dryer between EVERY load of laundry.

Dryer vent cleanings can take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, depending on the location and condition of the dryer vent line.

Our service hours for residential appointments are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. We reserve weekends for commercial appointments.
