The technicians were very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. They not only cleaned the dryer vents but found and issue with my dryer hose not connected properly on either connection which prevented a possible house fire protecting my family — Priceless! They were also very clean. Highly recommend. I also called three other companies that never returned my call they promptly returned my call and gave me the easiest appointment.
Very pleased! Scheduling was easy, company was clear on costs. The owner/operator and another tech were the ones to actually come and do the cleaning. Says a lot about the quality and standard of work they strive to achieve, IMO. Took the extra time to walk through all what they did, provided before and after pictures, even explained a few things I had my own questions about. Would very much recommend Pure Mitten Air and will be working with them again for any future cleanings.

Pure Mitten was very flexible with scheduling, as I had to reschedule multiple times due to personal issues. When we were able to work something out and the crew came to our home, they were extremely professional. They worked around my wife & I working from home, were great at explaining everything they were doing, and showed me the before & after pictures of my vents, confirming that we made the right choice. Please do not waste your time looking anywhere else! As a first time home owner looking for contractors can be scary, you worry about strangers in your home and if you are getting a fair price or not. I believe my quote was very fair and they were able to schedule me the same week I inquired.
